Hi, my name is Megan Smith and I am the owner and Planning & Design Consultant for On Occasion. I am married to David and we have 4 children, Jamie, Tyler, Jackson and Lucas.

For years we have taken our holidays in the beautiful community of Hanmer Springs and fell in love with the people, the scenery and all of the wonderful things you can do here, so we sold our home and moved! Now we want to encourage others to share this beautiful environment and all the activities you can enjoy here.

I have been in the customer service industry for 14 years and before moving to Hanmer Springs I planned weddings, business events and themed occasions in the Nelson area. In starting On Occasion I now look forward to organising your special occasions for you!
